Project Management and Coordination
Project Management; Scheduling and coordinating; Publishing the open calls, coordinating their dissemination, evaluating proposals, coordinating jury sessions for selection, informing selected members, monitoring the project implementation and supervising their implementation; Conducting ongoing monitoring and producing evaluations about the project execution.
Objectives
- The project management and coordination is linked to the main objective of enhancing the capacity of European publishers to face common challenges and nurture talents, innovate, prosper and generate jobs and growth. It serves the objective of coordinating all project tasks managing the individual work packages.
- Coordinating all internal communications between the project staff, IMPF Board and Steering Committee as well as member-run activities’ communications
- The Project Management is also responsible for all communications with the EAC, managing all technical and financial matters
- Producing, executing and maintaining a work plan and chronogram
- Promote monthly project meetings with Project Team, regular contact with IMPF Board and yearly meetings with Steering Committee
- Monitoring and ongoing evaluations of the project including risk assessment and mitigation
- Supervising the Member-Run activities ensuring the entire project is run and executed in a harmonious way with all cross-cutting objectives always present
- Project accounting and financial oversight
- Project supervision with DEI goals and cross-cutting issues present throughout all actions and project activities
